摘要
科技保险实为中国首创,目前已在我国12个城市(区)开展试点工作,总体上仍处于启动阶段。本文回顾了3年来我国科技保险试点工作所取得的成就,并对试点中所存在的问题进行了分析,提出了发展科技保险的重点思路和具体政策措施。
Actually,technical insurance originates from China.At present,12 cities（area）have carried out the pilot works in China so far,as a whole,the project is still on the threshold.This article reviews the achievement and analyzes the existed problems in the 3-years pilot works,and proposes the key ideas and concrete policy measures to develop technical insurance.
