摘要
目的:了解延吉市儿童血清锌~镁、钙、铁、磷等微量元素的含量,以提高儿童的保雄水平。方法:随机采集384例0—7岁儿童血清,利用日本产AU640全自动生化仪测定铁、锌、钙、镁、磷等微量元素含量。结果:学龄前儿童中铁元素缺乏现象居首位,其次为锌元素缺乏,钙、镁、磷缺乏现象不明显。不同性别儿童钙、锌之间存在统计学意义(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),铁、镁、磷元素无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论:延吉市学龄前儿童血清微量元素水平与膳食结构有一定的相关性。
Objective: To understand the contents of serum zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron and phosphorus among preschool chil- dren in Yanji in recent years, improve the level of children health care. Methods: Blood samples of 384 children aged 0 - 7 years old were extracted randomly, AU640 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the contents of serum zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron and phosphorus. Results : The incidence of iron deficiency in preschool children was the highest, the secondary was zinc deficiency; calcium de- ficiency, magnesium deficiency and phosphorus deficiency were not obvious; there was significant difference in contents of calcium and zinc between boys and girls (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05), but there was no significant difference in contents of iron, magnesium and phosphorus (P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion: There is a correlation between contents of serum trace elements and diet in preschool children in Yanji.
