婴幼儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻监测分析 被引量:10

Surveillance and analysis on infants with rotavirus infective diarrhea

摘要 目的:了解乌鲁木齐地区婴幼儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻感染情况。方法:2006年1—12月采集门诊或住院≤5岁婴幼儿腹泻标本248例,利用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测轮状病毒抗原。结果:248例腹泻标本,检出轮状病毒133例,阳性率为53.6%。轮状病毒感染对象主要为24月以内婴幼儿,占94.7%,发病高峰在8~9月。结论:轮状病毒是乌鲁木齐地区婴幼儿腹泻的主要病原体,监测轮状病毒感染情况意义重大。 Objective: To understand the status of infantile rotavirus infective diarrhea in Urumqi. Methods: The diarrheal sam- pies of 248 infants under 5 years old with rotavirus infective diarrhea were collected from January to December in 2006, ELISA was used to detect rotavirus antigen. Results: Among 248 infants, 133 infants were detected with rotavirus, the positive rate was 53.6% ; the main infective objects of rotavirus were the infants less than 24 months, accounting for 94. 7%, the peak seasons were August and September. Conclusion,: Rotavirus is the major pathogen of infantile diarrhea in Urumqi. Surveillance of infective status of rotavirus is importance.
