摘要
主要研究了H型钢在精轧机组后的温差对残余应力的影响。轧件的规格为200mm×200mm,采用有限元分析方法。运用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型进行仿真比较,分析H型钢冷却过程中的温度分布及温差对残余应力的影响。
The effects of temperature difference after finish rolling on the residual stress of H-beams was studied using test pieces of 200mm×200mm. Finite element analysis method was ＇used. Finite element model was established with Ansys software for simulation comparison, to analyze the temperature distribution of H-beams during cooling and the effect of temperature difference on residual stress.
