长江以北沿海经济贝类中的麻痹性贝毒

Monitor of paralytic shellfish poison in the commercial shellfishes in the coast from Yalujiang to Changjiang of China

应用小白鼠检测方法，对我国长江以北沿岸的经济贝类进行了麻痹性贝毒检测。采样时间为１９９７ 年９ 月２３ 日～１２ 月８ 日。从鸭绿江口到长江口共调查２０ 个站位，检测经济贝类１４ 种，样品３８ 份，其中只有１ 份样品检测出麻痹性贝毒（６４ Ｍｕ／ｇ） 。

The detection of paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) in the commercial shellfishes off the northern coast of China was conducted by using the mouse test. The shellfishes were collected during Sep.23 to Dec.8 in 1997 at 20 sampling sites within the intertidal zone between the mouths of Yalujiang and Changjiang. Total 38 samples belonging to 14 species were tested, but only one sample was detected to have PSP with the concentration of 6 4 Mu/g (wet), the remains were not found.
