The establishment of agricultural cooperated organization is an effective way in agricultural development,and there are differences in their modus and structure between different countries.From the perspective of organizational change,the paper explains the issue of the agricultural cooperated organization＇s boundary under the framework of endogenous transaction cost theory and analyzes the reasons why different cooperation has different internal structure using the framework of comparative institutional analysis.Finally,it indicates the priorities of developing agricultural cooperative organization.
