探讨了建设工程招投标中存在的一些问题,如工程虚假招标、有意缩小招标范围、合同签订不规范、评标工作缺乏科学性、监管力度不够等,提出了强化法律意识、采用机动灵活的评标办法、完善合同管理、严惩违法违规行为等对策。

This paper discusses the existing problems in construction project bid,including the false bids,the intentional reduction of bid range,the irregular contract signing,the lack of scientific evaluation and the inadequate supervision and presents some countermeasures on enhancing law awareness,using mobile and flexible evaluation methods,improving contract management and severely punishing illegal behaviors.
