摘要
21世纪的国家竞争更多的表现在各国的国家制度差距和制度创新能力上,如何创新制度其中最重要的一环就是制度移植。现阶段制度移植在中国的政治发展中起着重要作用,制度移植好坏能够促进或阻碍中国发展。回顾中国政治移植的历史,分析制度移植的误区,探索中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,我们不仅要移植其他国家先进的成熟的制度,更要超越制度移植,充分发挥本国人民的主动性,实现制度创新。
The national competition in the 21st century mainly embodies in their national system gap and institutional innovation capability.The most important part is system transplantation in the innovation.Nowadays,system transplantation plays an important role in China＇s political development and it can influence China＇ development.In order to review the history of Chinese political transplantation,analyze the errors of system transplantation and explore the political development routine with Chinese characteristics,we should not only transplant mature systems from other countries,but also transcend system transplantation and stimulate people＇s initiatives to achieve system innovation.
