少数民族预科教育工作的难点及对策

Difficulties in the Education of Minority Students in Preparatory Stage and some Countermeasures

针对少数民族预科教育工作中的一些难点,提出在加强爱国主义教育、培养积极的人生观和价值观、引导正确的民族观和宗教观的同时,要坚持教育与管理同步,重视个案的调查与应对等方式;并进一步探讨了应对这些难点的具体方法。

In view of the difficulties in the education of minority students,this paper proposes that educators should further foster in students patriotism,guide them to hold positive outlooks and values,and have correct views on nationalities and religion.It is also stated the education of the students should be carried out together with the management of the students and attention should be given to the personality of each student.Ways to cope with these problems are discussed.
