以中国传统文化的人生境界划分为基础,指出精英人才是具有道德境界的人,精英教育的基础和本质是实现大学生精神成人;注重大学生社会主义核心价值观的培养,创造自主学习的大学文化和氛围,提升大学生自主学习能力和意识,能够给予学生可持续发展的动力,是实现大学生精神成人和精英人才培养的有效途径。

Based on the interpretation of life realms from the perspective of traditional Chinese culture,elites are men of noble values.Therefore,the essence of elite education is to cultivate students＇ high moralities.It is of great significance to focus on the socialism values and create the autonomous learning atmosphere in universities.This is a constructive way to increase the students＇ autonomous learning awareness and grant them the constant motivation in self-development.It is revealed that moral development and learning autonomy are effective ways to achieve the goal of elite education.
