Stock Cooperation is an Effective Implementation for Collective Economy in Fishing Villages

渔业生产具有风险大、生产资源关联性强的特点,集体化经营管理、股份合作社是其最有效的实现形式。股份合作社有利于解决渔村社会保障、资源共享、风险共担、规模化经营和提高效益等。为此,应设计好渔村股份合作社的组织机构和运行机制,处理好传统养殖捕捞与加工生产、经济发展与环境保护等关系,在国家政策的支持与引导下,实现渔村经济的可持续发展。

Fishing activities are risky and closely related with production resources,so they should be managed by collective management.Stock cooperation is the most effective in that it can promote social security,the sharing of resources,risk sharing,scale business,and the increase of benefit.Therefore,we should plan the organization and operation mechanism of stock cooperation well in fishing villages,handle the relationship between traditional culture fishing and machining product,the relationship between economic development and environment protection and realize the sustainable development of fishing economy with the support and guidance of the state policy.
