64排螺旋CT三维重建在髋臼骨折中的临床价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT三维重建技术在髋臼骨折中的应用。方法回顾性分析经X线、螺旋CT横断及三维重建技术证实的36例髋臼骨折患者影像资料。结果所有病例螺旋CT横断面和三维重建像均明确地显示了骨折,CT横断图像可以显示髋臼负重顶的骨折及移位,髋臼后壁骨折受累面积及关节移位。三维重建像立体呈现骨折线走行方向、碎片及股骨头移位情况。结论 64排螺旋CT三维重建能立体直观地显示复杂髋臼骨折及关节脱位的空间位置,有助于临床诊断及治疗。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis of acetabular fractures using three-dimensional reconstruction technique.Methods The data of 36 cases of acetabular fractures proved by plain radiograph,transect imaging and three-dimensional reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results Fractures were demonstrated definitely with transect imaging and three-dimensional reconstruction in all patients.The transect imaging displayed the fractures and the displacement of the burden apex of acetabulum,the affected area of posterior wall acetabular fractures,and joint displacement.Three-dimensional reconstruction stereoscopically displayed the direction of fracture line and displacement of detached bone fragments and capitis femoris.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction with 64-slice spiral CT can stereoscopically and clearly demonstrate the space position of complex acetabular fractures and joint dislocation.Therefore,it is helpful in clinical diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures.
