鼻内镜下治疗隐蔽性鼻出血临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Intractable Epistaxis under Nasal Endoscope

目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗隐蔽性鼻出血的效果。方法对72例隐蔽性鼻出血患者应用鼻内镜查找出血部位,并在鼻内镜下采用电凝或结合局域性填塞止血。结果 72例患者均准确找到出血点,经鼻内镜下一次性电凝或一次性局域性填塞止血治愈47例,经2次电凝或局域性填塞止血治愈23例,无效2例;总有效率为97.2%(70/72)。结论鼻内镜检查能准确查找隐蔽性鼻出血的出血部位,鼻内镜直视下对出血点电凝或局域性填塞止血效果确切,患者痛苦小。

Objective To explore the treatment of intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscope.Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of intractable epistaxis were retrospectively studied.The bleeding sites were located under nasal endoscope and electrocoagulation or local packing was used to stop bleeding.Results The bleeding sites in all patients were located accurately under nasal endoscope.Bleeding was stopped by electrocoagulation or local packing once in 47 cases and twice in 23 cases.The treatment was ineffective in 2 cases.The total effective rate was 97.2%.Conclusion The bleeding sites can be located accurately under nasal endoscope.Electrocoagulation or local packing is effective to stop bleeding,and is less painful for patients with intractable epistaxis.
