摘要
立足于对高等职业教育改革的深入思考,就高职院校教师应具备的职业素养目标——适应力问题进行研究。一方面对诸多的适应力概念进行甄别,提炼出了高职院校教师应具备的适应力要素;另一方面从组织化与自组织化系统发展的角度,就高职教师适应力的培养问题进行双向度透析,提出了若干对策性建议。
The article discusses the teachers' adaptability of higher vocational school based on the educational reform of higher vocational school.On the one hand,the author analyzes the concepts of adaptive ability,and proposes the elements of adaptive ability which teachers should have;on the other hand,strategic countermeasures are proposed from the development point of organization and self-organizing system,based on the two-way penetration into higher vocational school teachers' adaptive ability.
