运用体育心理学的有关知识,从体育教学和心理学角度研究师生的心理健康状况,分析体育教学中心理障碍的表现和产生原因,提出治疗心理障碍的对策及建议,指出在学校体育教学中实施心理健康教育的特殊功能与作用,对提高体育教学质量具有一定的指导意义。

Using the knowledge of sports psychology,this article investigates the mental health status of teachers and students from the view of PE teaching and psychology.It analyzes the performance and cause of psychological obstacle in PE teaching,gives the suggestions and countermeasures to cure the obstacle,points out the special function and effect of carrying mental health education into execution in PE teaching,which has guiding significance for improving the quality of PE teaching.
