小鼠剖腹产净化方法研究

Studies on Purification Method of Caesarean Section in Mouse

目的:探讨大理学院现用实验小鼠妊娠期、小鼠剖腹产的适宜时间、技术方法和仔鼠的代乳方法,为实现小鼠的净化作技术准备。方法:通过对小鼠饲养繁殖,摸清小鼠的平均妊娠期,确定剖腹产时间,在此基础上采用剖腹产手术对小鼠进行子宫摘除取胎,取出仔鼠进行代乳,观察代乳情况及代乳仔鼠成活率。结果:大理学院现用实验小鼠平均妊娠期为18.5d,在三次小鼠剖腹产实验中,第一次实验仔鼠代乳成活率为0,第二次实验仔鼠代乳成活率达100%,第三次实验仔鼠代乳成活率仍为100%。结论:小鼠剖腹产手术成功率为100%,已摸索出小鼠剖腹产净化方法的配套技术,包括剖腹产手术的适宜时间、技术方法以及代乳母鼠的选择和代乳方法。

Objective：To make technical preparation for the purification of mouse by studying the pregnancy of mouse,its appropriate time and technique of caesarean section and the method of foster nursing.Methods：The mice were bred to calculate the average gestation period of mice and to determine the time of caesarean section.Then surgical operations of caesarean section were carried out.The neonatal mouse was fostered.Results：The average gestation period was 18.5 d of mice in Dali University.Among the three experiments,the rats in the first experiment were all dead while in the second and third experiments they were all 100% alive.Conclusion：The successful rate of caesarean section is 100%,which proves that we have mastered a set of techniques for mouse caesarean section,including the appropriate time and technique of caesarean section,and the method of foster nursing.
