摘要
在不同的反应温度和不同的饲养水温条件下,研究神仙鱼3种主要消化酶的活性。结果表明,在pH7.5、反应时间10min时,蛋白酶活性的最适反应温度为45℃;在pH6.9、反应时间5min时,淀粉酶的最适反应温度为40℃;在pH7.5、反应时间60min时,脂肪酶的最适反应温度为30℃。在16~25℃养殖水温条件下,3种酶的活性随水温的降低而降低。蛋白酶和脂肪酶的最适水温均为25℃,但均与22℃时的差异不显著(P>0.05);淀粉酶活性的最适水温为22℃,但与25℃时的差异不显著(P>0.05)。
In this paper,the effect of the temperature on the digestion of Pterophyllum scalare is studied.The results are as follows:1.In 10 min reaction time with pH7.5,the activeness of protease's most appropriate reaction temperature measured in Pterophyllum scalare is 45℃.In 5 min reaction time with pH6.9,the most appropriate reaction temperature of amylase measured in Pterophyllum scalare is 40℃.In 60 minutes reaction time with pH7.5,when the most appropriate reaction temperature of lipase measured in Pterophyllum scalare is 30℃.2.When the temperature condition of the culture water is between 16℃ to 25℃,the activeness of lipase and protease in Pterophyllum scalare decreases with temperature.Their most appropriate reaction temperature is 25℃,which has little difference with that of 22℃(P 0.05).The activeness of amylase's most appropriate reaction temperature is 22℃,which has little difference with that of 25℃(P 0.05).Thus,when the water temperature is 22℃,it has little influence on the digestion of Pterophyllum scalare.
