摘要
利用因子分析计量经济学方法,运用14项指标对全国31个省市自治区的创新环境和创新绩效进行综合分析,结果显示:创新绩效与创新环境呈正相关,并且主要是靠创新生产能力和地区创新产业与传统产业分布比例实现的,而地区科技资金实际运用效率低下,新注册企业数量盲目夸大,没有限制,这是制约创新绩效提高的主要因素。
By using factor analysis of econometric methods and 14 indicators, a comprehensive analysis is made by the author on innovation environment and innovation performances in 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China. The results show that innovation performance is positively correlated with innovation environment, depending mainly on innovative production capacity and the distribution proportion of regional innovation industries and traditional industries, but theinefficient use of regional technological capital, and the blindly number increase of registered enterprises are the main factors restricting innovation performances.
