摘要
火电厂汽水管道支吊架失效可造成管道损坏,影响机组的安全运行。介绍火电厂管道支吊架所承受的静、动荷载及偶然荷载,支吊架的一次应力、二次应力的校核方法及常见的支吊架限位受阻、吊架杆偏斜等破坏形式,并给出一些调整思路,便于指导工作中遇到的实际问题。
Steam and water pipe support hanger failure can cause the pipeline damage in thermal power plant,and also has passive influence on the safe operation of units.This article introduces the static-dynamic load and accidental load on pipe support hanger, check method for primary and secondary stress acted on the pipe support hanger as well as its typical failure mode,and thus to give the adjustment thinking so as to solve practical problems.
