摘要 通过对柴油机排气系统隔热包扎层试验的分析对比研究,证明了新型材料的隔热套比老隔热套温度平均要低40℃左右,具有良好的隔热性、使用性、安全性和可靠性。尤其是在降低热污染,改善动力处所的工作环境等方面,具有很好的应用价值。由于独具的先进性和创造性,必将带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Through analysis and comparison the test to the heat insulation jacket for engine exhaust system, it certifies that with this new kind of jacket, the surface temperature is 40 ℃ lower than that with the old materials. It has very good heat insulation effect, operation characteristic, and it is also very safe and reliable. This kind of material behaves very well especially in reducing the thermal pollution and improving the working environment where the engine installed. Because of the special advance and creativity, it certainly will bring good economic effect and social effect.
