锅炉除尘水循环利用的水质处理方法

摘要 在工业企业中,根据企业的性质不同,锅炉房每日用水量一般占到企业用水量的10%~50%,而水膜除尘器的耗水量又占到锅炉房用水量的75%。这部分水若不加以利用,不仅浪费水资源,而且会增加排污量,造成环境污染。论述了锅炉除尘水循环利用的3种方法,通过其中任一方法处理后,这部分水均可循环使用,从而节约生产用水,缓解城市供水,企业用水的紧张局面。 In industrial organization, according to the different characters of enterprises, water consumption per day in boiler room occupies 10% - 50% of water consumption of enterprises, and the water consumption of the water film duster occupies 75% of water consumption in boiler room. If this part of water isn' t used, not only water resources will be wasted but also the waste water discharge will be added, result in environmental pollution. This paper puts forward the three methods of cyclic utilization of dust removal water. Through any of the three methods, this part of water can be utilized. Thus, water of productive use will be saved, a tense situation of water supplying in cities and water using in factories will be relieved.
