摘要
整圈阻尼叶片是汽轮机动叶片中较为先进的一种长叶片结构形式,其结构强度较高,但是对其进行精细化设计和分析具有一定难度。目前在应用FEA软件对汽轮机整圈自锁阻尼叶片进行结构分析时,仍然存在一些有待澄清的问题,计算结果的准确性也需要进一步的确认。本文承接上篇关于整圈阻尼长叶片频率计算的有限元方法,着重对叶片的应力分析过程中涉及的前处理以及求解过程中的参数设置进行了探讨,希望能够对叶片设计工程师的工作提供参考。
The circularly coupling blade(CCB),characterized as high strength,is an advanced blade type in current turbine industry especially for the LP rotor stages close to the turbine exhaust.However,when designing the CCB,it is very complicated for the engineers to obtain a precise and credible computational result.It is believed that there are still some confusing problems about performing FEA process of the CCB,and the analyzing results always need to be verified.This paper is devoted to provide a deep discussion of the CCB stress anlysis involving the preprocess and the parameter setting in solving process,which is considered to be helpful for blade engineering.
