摘要
通过开放式、半开放式问卷调查,提出成人高教网络课程学习适应性结构模型。编制成人高教网络课程学习适应性量表对750名学员进行测量,采用因素分析方法进行分析与验证。结果表明,成人高教网络课程学习适应性结构由二阶十因素构成,主要包含个人学习能力和学习环境两个维度。个人学习能力维度包括学习策略、学习态度、学习技能、网络交流能力和捕获帮助力五个因素,学习环境维度包括可用性、网络环境、学习氛围、环境改变和学习外在动机五个因素。基于该结构量表具有较好的效信度,可作为测评成人高教网络课程学习适应性工具。
Through open and semi-open questionnaire surveys,an adult adaptive learning model to online courses is developed. 750 adult learners were tested by the scale. Using explorative factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the results show that: adult adaptability to online courses is a multi-dimensional systematic structure,composed of two second level factors and ten first level factors. The two second level factors are Individual Learning Ability and the Learning Environment. The Individual Learning Ability is composed of five factors,which are learning strategy,learning attitude,learning skill,communication ability via network,ability to get help. The Learning Environment is also composed of five factors,which are usability,web environment,study environment,changes in environment and extrinsic motivation of learning. It is applicable to the measurement of the adult adaptability to online courses because of the scale’s fine reliability and validity.
