摘要
教师的考核历来是学校人事制度改革中的重要内容,它在调动教师积极性方面发挥着至关重要的作用。根据教学实际要求,利用ASP.NET开发出一个可以评测、分析、统计教师教学业务状况的软件,帮助教师有针对性地改进工作方法,有利于学校公平、公正地评价教师。
Assessment of teachers in all schools personnel system has always been an important part of the reform,and it play a crucial role to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers.According to the practical requirements of teaching,by using ASP.NET,an evaluation,analysis,statistics software of teaching business conditions was developed,targeted to help teachers improve their work methods,and evaluate the teacher fairly.
