过敏性紫癜患儿血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1及肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的意义

Significance of expression of serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura

摘要 目的探讨血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿表达的意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法分别测定68例HSP患儿(其中急性期40例,恢复期28例)及25名健康儿童血清sVCAM-1、TNF-α水平,分别比较其急性期和恢复期及有或无肾损害HSP患儿上述因子表达水平。结果 HSP急性期患儿血清sVCAM-1和TNF-α水平明显高于恢复期和对照组,且二者呈显著正相关;肾损害组血清sVCAM-1、TNF-α水平明显高于无肾损害组。结论 sVCAM-1、TNF-α可能参与HSP发病过程,血清sVCAM-1、TNF-α水平增高可作为儿童HSP肾损害的判断指标之一。 Objective To investigate the levels of serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura(HSP) and its clinical significance.Methods The serum levels of sVCAM-1 and TNF-α were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 68 children with HSP(40 cases in acute stage and 28 cases in recovery stage) and in 25 healthy subjects respectively,and the change in acute stage and recovery stage was analyzed,and with renal injury or without injury were analyzed.Results The serum levels of sVCAM-1 and TNF-α in acute stage HSP children were significantly higher than those in recovery stage and control group.Serum levels of sVCAM-1 and TNF-α in the children with renal injury were higher than those without renal impairment group.The plasma levels of sVCAM-1 of HSP children at the acute stage were positively correlated with the levels of TNF-α.Conclusion The increase of the serum sVCAM-1 and TNF-α concentrations of the children with HSP demonstrated that sVCAM-1 and TNF-α may play a role in pathogenesis of HSP.The increasing levels of these two molecules are correlated with renal injury in children with HSP.
