加味牵正丸结合针刺治疗面瘫的临床观察

Clinical observation of facial paralysis treated by combination of Jiawei Qianzhengwan and acupuncture

目的观察加味牵正丸结合针刺治疗面瘫的临床疗效以及加味牵正丸的临床应用安全性。方法 将90例面瘫患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),治疗组予加味牵正丸结合针刺治疗,对照组予泼尼松等西药治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈15例,显效20例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率95.6%;对照组痊愈8例,显效12例,好转19例,无效6例,总有效率86.7%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组未见不良反应。结论加味牵正丸结合针刺治疗面瘫具有较好疗效,且无副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of combination of Jiawei Qianzhengwan and acupuncture on facial paralysis,and the safety of clinical application of Jiawei Qianzhengwan.Methods 90 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group（45 cases） and a control group（45 cases）.Patients in the treatment group were treated by combination of Jiawei Qianzhengwan and acupuncture.Patients in the control group were treated by prednisone and other western medicines.The therapeutical effect was observed.Results There were 15 cured cases,20 cases with obvious therapeutical effect,8 improved cases,2 cases without effect,95.6% total effective rate in the treatment group.In the control group cured cases,cases with obvious effect,improved cases,cases without effect and total effective rate were 8,12,19,6 and 86.7%.The therapeutical effect in the treatment group is better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.No adverse reaction appeared in the treatment group.Conclusion The combination of Jiawei Qianzhengwan and acupuncture has good effect on facial paralysis is better,without adverse reaction.
