芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病心肌病心功能不全22例

Clinical observation of diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对糖尿病心肌病(DCM)心功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法 将43例DCM心功能不全患者随机分为2组,均给予西医常规治疗。治疗组22例加服芪苈强心胶囊,对照组21例加服贝那普利。2组均治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期最大充盈速度(E峰)、舒张晚期最大充盈速度(A峰)和E/A比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗后优于治疗前;2组治疗后LVEF、E峰和E/A比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论芪苈强心胶囊对DCM心功能不全疗效显著,能改善患者心力衰竭症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of diabetic cardiomyopathy（DCM） patients with heart failure treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine.Methods 43 patients with DCM were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy（Benazepril）.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and western medicine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.There were significant differences between two groups on the cardiac function,left ventricular shot blood fraction（LVEF）,maximum early diastolic filling velocity（E）,late diastolic filling velocity maximum（A） and E / A ratio after 2 months.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule has obvious effect on DCM,and can improve symptoms of heart failure,worthy of clinical application.
