摘要
建立了一种用高效液相色谱法测定维生素E的方法.色谱柱为PRONTOSIL 120-5-C18-ace-APS 4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm,流动相为甲醇,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长285nm,柱温为常温.结果表明,维生素E醋酸酯的含量在0.0342~0.342 mg/mL有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.87%,精密度RSD为1.5%.该方法简便、快速,用于预混料中维生素E含量的测定,获得满意的结果.
Establishes one kind to determine Vitamin E with the High Performance Liquid Chromatography the method.Method,Chromatographic column for PRONTOSIL 120-5C18-ace-APS 4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm,flows: Methyl alcohol,speed of flow 1.0mL/Min,ultraviolet detector wave length 285nm,column warm,Normal temperature. Finally,Vitamin E acetate content in 0.0342~0.342mg/mL has the good linear relations,the average returns-ratio is 101.87%,accuracy RSD is 1.5%.Conclusion,This method simple,is rapid,uses in the pre-mixture the VE determination,obtain satisfaction the result.
