皮肤磨削术结合窄波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨皮肤磨削术结合窄波紫外线照射治疗局限性白癜风患者的效果。方法 46例分为治疗组23例,对照组23例。治疗组采用皮肤磨削术磨去白斑区皮肤,术后采用窄波紫外线照射;对照组采用窄波紫外线照射。结果治疗组有效率70%,对照组有效率43%,两者有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组显效时间为(3.4±1.3)周,对照组显效时间为(4.7±1.8)周,两者显效时间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论皮肤磨削术结合窄波紫外线治疗白癜风较单用窄波紫外线治疗效果好,且起效时间快,是治疗白癜风的有效方法之一。 Objective To study the effects of skin erasion operation with narrow-band ultraviolet ray B(NUVB) in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 46 cases of vitiligo were divided into two groups randomly,the therepy group was treated by skin erasion operation with NUVB,the control group was treated by NUVB only. Results The resluts showed that the therapeutic efficiency of therapy group was better,the difference was significant(P 0.01);and the everage relief time of therepy group was less than control group,the difference was significant(P 0.01) . Conclusion Skin erasion operation with NUVB in treating vitiligo is very useful.
