摘要
目的探讨肾移植病人术后营养状态影响因素及相应护理干预。方法随访分析我院2000年至2008年肾移植术后患者的营养状况及影响因素。结果肾移植术后患者因多种因素可出现多种代谢异常及并发症。结论针对不同患者营养特点采取合理的膳食结构、运动及合理的药物治疗,可有效地维护良好的营养状况,并能减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量及延长生存时间。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors and the relevant nursing intervention of nutritional status of the patients after renal transplant. Methods To follow up and analyze the nutritional status and influencing factors of the patients after renal transplant from 2000 to 2008. Results Different kinds of abnormal metabolism and complications were caused by various factors after renal transplant. Conclusion Reasonable dietary structure,exercise and medication according to nutritional features of various patients can effectively maintain good nutritional status and decrease post-operative complications,which improves the qulity of life and prolongs survival time.
