洗手执行率的调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Rate of Washing Hand

目的评估洗手执行率现状,探讨手卫生改进办法。方法分三阶段现场调查气道护理、口腔护理、外阴护理、污染物清理性操作及非污染性操作等中洗手执行率的情况。结果在第一阶段各组在各类操作中洗手执行率均低,组间比较无显著性差异。在第二阶段中洗手执行率除在非污染性操作中仍低外,其它操作中明显增高,与各自的第一阶段相比,均有显著性差异。外阴护理强制洗手采样有97例不合格,其中16例,洗手后采样细菌菌落数大于操作完摘手套后;还有22例,二者菌落数相差小于5个。结论洗手执行率尤其在非污染性操作中非常低;遗忘可能是低洗手率的重要原因;洗手后再次污染情况严重。

Objective To evaluate the status quo of washing hands and to investigate the means of improving hand hygiene. Methods The study was divided into 3 periods,investigated the rate of washing hands of the gas channel nursing,the oral cavity nursing,the vulva nursing,the pollutant cleaning up operation and the non-pollutional operation and so on. Results In the first stage,each group in various operations had low rate of the washing hands,and there were no statistical difference in group comparison. In the second stage,it obviously increased besides the non-pollutional operation,there were statistical significance bewteen the first stage and the second stage of each group. In the third stage,97 examples were unqualified,there were 16 examples whose bacterial clump number after washing the hands was bigger than that after picking the glove,and 22 examples,the two colony number difference is smaller than 5. Conclusion The rate of washing hands,especially in non-polluting operation is very low;forgetting may be an important reason for the low rate of washing hands;the second pollution after washing hands was serious.
