客运专线无碴轨道红层泥岩改良土路基离心模型试验研究

Research on centrifugal model test of improved red mudstone embankment for unallasted truck

红层泥岩是一种特殊岩土,其工程性质不能满足无碴轨道路堤填料要求,需对其改良。模型中的路堤采用4%的水泥进行改良、含水量为8.66%、压实度达到95%,通过红层泥岩路堤离心模型试验,得到施工期沉降、工后沉降与时间的关系,并与非改良红层泥岩的离心模型试验结果进行对比,从而确定红层泥岩路堤填筑施工参数;并分别对2种填料路堤进行数值模拟,对比试验和数值模拟的结果。研究表明:以改良红层泥岩为路堤填料可以使路堤沉降减小,满足了无碴轨道对路基填料的要求,数值模拟结果与试验结果基本相符。

Red mudstone is a sort of special soil.Since its engineering character can＇t satisfy the requirement of embankment filler for ballastless railway,it must be improved.This paper presented the relations between construction duration,and post-construction settlement and time through simulating red mudstone embankment with filling of improved by 4% concrete and the 8.66% containing water and the pressed degree of 95% model.The result was compared with unimproved filling,and the filling parameters of embankment construction was determined.The mumerical calculation for the embankment settlement with the two kinds of filling was achieved respectively to be compared with test results.The research results indicate that settlement can be decreased with red mudstone embankment filling of improved by concrete,and the test result with the numerical calculation is in good agreement.
