江门地区甲亢患者碘营养状况调查

Investigation on iodine intake state among hyperthroidism patients in Jiangmen Area

目的:探讨甲亢患者的碘营养水平。方法:分别对实验组201例甲亢患者及对照组180例非甲亢者进行尿碘测定。尿碘测定采用酸消化砷铈接触法。结果:甲亢患者尿碘中位数为:354.0μg/L。对照组中位数为194.5μg/L,两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=7.585,P<0.001)。结论:甲亢患者的碘营养水平偏高,应限制碘的摄入。

Objective：To explore iodine intake level among hyperthyroidism patients.Methods：Determined the urinary iodine level among 201 hyperthyroidism patients as experimental group and 180 unhyperthyroidisms as control group.Uri-nary iodine level was determined by the contact method of acidity digesting AS-Ce.Results：The median level of urinary iodine in hyperthyroidism patients was 354 μg/L.The median level of urinary iodine in control group was 194.5 μg/L.There was a difference of the reporting confirm between two groups（t=7.585,P0.001）.Conclusion：Iodine nutrition level among hyperthyroidism patients is significant.They ought to control iodine intake.
