摘要
近年来,通识教育在我国财经类院校中受到高度重视,各高校纷纷进行通识教育课程改革。针对通识教育存在的不足,在重点梳理和分析现阶段财经类院校通识教育存在的课程结构不合理、师资队伍缺乏、教学方式不灵活、教学管理薄弱等问题的基础上,提出了加强通识教育的对策,认为:财经类院校需要从全面理解通识教育的含义、完善课程体系、加强教师队伍建设、改革教学方式、丰富教育资源、理顺管理关系等,以保证通识教育的教学质量。
In recent years,general education has been given great emphasis on in universities.An analysis is made first about the problems now existing in general education in finance and economics universities:unscientific course structure,inadequate teaching staff,and poor adminstration.Bade on the analysis,the author concludes that the quality of general education will get ensured by a better and more comprehensive understanding of general education,and an improved course structure.Teacher training,innovation of teaching methods,enriched resources and improved administration also contribute to a successful general education.
