摘要
针对目前大多数供热机组存在着现场和试验数据都不是很全的问题,分析机组本身经济运行会有很大困难。本研究将根据机组本身的结构参数和电厂实际运行的主要数据,结合改进的费留格尔公式进行汽轮机变工况热力计算与热力系统变工况计算,找出影响机组经济运行的主要因素,为热电厂优化和经济运行提供一定的参考依据。通过计算分析,发现某热电厂供热机组汽轮机的通流效率和补水分配对机组经济运行的影响较大,供热机组应主要在这两个方面进行优化,来提高机组运行经济性。
Due to the demerit that adequate on-site test data are nowadays not available for the majority of heat- supply units, there would be a very great difficulty in analyzing the economic operation of the units themselves. Based on the physical parameters of the units themselves and the main data during their actual operation in power plants, and in combination with an improved Flugel formulae, the authors conducted an off-design condition thermodynamic calculation of the steam turbines and their thermal systems, identifying the main factors influencing the economic operation of the units and providing definite reference and a basis for the optimization and economic operation of thermal power plants. Through calculations and analyses, it has been found that the flow path efficiency of and the makeup water distribution to a steam turbine of a heat supply unit in a power plant exercise a relatively big influence on the economic operation of the unit. As a result, the above-mentioned heat supply unit should be optimized in the above-mentioned two aspects to enhance the operation cost-effectiveness of the unit.
