摘要
基于现场试验,对某国产600MW汽轮机分别在单阀和顺序阀运行模式下滑压运行轴承特性进行了研究。结果表明,顺阀方式运行推力轴瓦正面温度、支持轴承回油温度普遍较单阀模式高,支持轴承的1号和2号瓦块温度变化呈现不同特征。单阀模式与顺阀模式相比,由于配汽均衡,使支持轴承瓦块温度变化随负荷变化小。研究结果对进一步开展相关工作打下基础。
On the basis of an on-site test, studied were the bearing characteristics of a domestically-made 600 MW steam turbine during its slide pressure operation under single and sequence valve operation modes respectively. It has been found that the oil temperature on the thrust bearing pad facades and the return oil temperature of the supporting beatings operating under the sequence valve operation mode are generally higher than those operating under the single valve operation mode. The temperature variation of the bearing pad No.1 and 2 of the supporting bearings assume different characteristics. When the single valve operation mode is compared with the sequence valve one, due to its equilibrium steam distribution, the bearing pad temperature of the supporting beatings will undergo a small change with the load. The research results have laid a foundation for carrying out further research work in question.
