汽轮循环水泵关联控制系统性能仿真研究

Performance Simulation Study of a Correlation Control System for a Turbine-driven Circulating Water Pump

摘要 汽轮循环水泵关联控制系统主要由启动滑阀和油动机等设备组成,利用专业液压仿真软件AMESim对关联控制系统进行了仿真研究,并结合设备的实际运行环境对仿真结果进行了深入的分析。仿真计算表明:启动滑阀的切换压力为0.46MPa,停车工况油动机的行程为29mm,正车时油动机的行程随着输入脉冲油压的升高而减小,倒车时油动机的行程随着倒车脉冲油压的升高而增加。 The correlation control system for a turbine-driven circulating water pump is mainly composed of such items as a startup slide valve and an oil servo-motor etc. By using the special hydraulic simulation software AMESim, a simulation study was performed of the correlation control system. In combination with the actual operation environment of the equipment items, an in-depth analysis was conducted of the simulation results. It has been found that the change-over pressure of the startup slide valve is 0.46 MPa and the stroke of the oil servo-motor under the shutdown operating condition reaches 29 mm. When going ahead, the stroke of the oil servo-motor will decrease with an increase of the pulse oil pressure input. When going astern, the foregoing stroke will increase with an increase of the astern pulse oil pressure.
