涉外自立式钢烟囱设计计算

Design and Calculation of a Foreign-related Self-support Type Steel Smoke Stack

摘要 以某涉外自立式钢烟囱设计项目为例,详细讨论了涉外项目需要注意的问题即中外规范的差异,及如何依据UBC97规范和中国规范进行基本风速及水平地震影响系数的换算;论述了自立式钢烟囱设计时除需验算了横风向风振对结构的影响,采取适当措施避免横风向风振对结构的破坏;在地震区还应考虑钢烟囱截面的抗震性能;在设计烟囱地脚锚栓时,应在最大设计弯矩下计算锚栓的数量和直径,保留一定的安全余量,确保结构的安全性和可靠性。 With a foreign-related self-support steel smoke stack design project serving as an example, discussed in detail were the matters meriting attention in foreign-related projects and differences between the Chinese and foreign codes as well as how to convert the basic wind speed and horizontal seismic influencing factor according to UBC 97 and Chinese codes. Described were the measures properly taken to avoid destruction to the structures resulting from the lateral-wind-caused vibration apart from a checking calculation of the influence of the above vibration on the structures when designing a self-support steel smoke stack. In a seismic region, the earthquake-resistant performance of the cross section of the steel smoke stack shall also be taken into account. When the foundation bolts of the smoke stack are designed, the number and diameters of the bolts shall be calculated under the maximum design bending moment with a certain safety allowance being reserved to ensure the safety and reliability of the structures.
