摘要
以无水乙醇和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/硅藻土复合材料,利用DSC,TGA,XRD,SEM和比表面积测试仪等仪器对纳米复合粒子的结构进行了表征。结果发现,当硅藻土质量为0.6 g时,在温度400℃下可制得锐钛型TiO2。
The nanocomposite material of TiO2/diatomite was prepared by sol-gel method with ethanol and tetrabutyl titanate. DSC, TGA, XRD, SEM and special surface area (BET) tester were employed to analysis the microstructure of the nanocomposite. The result indicated that the anatase TiO2 could be prepared when the weight of diatomaceous is 0.6 g at 400℃.
