摘要
建立了气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)检测日化品中二甘醇含量的方法。样品先用海砂研磨,无水硫酸钠除水,再用甲醇超声提取20 min,过滤后直接检测。采用外标法,选择离子定量。二甘醇在1.0~50.0 mg/kg质量比范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4。在5~20 mg/kg添加水平的平均回收率为95.2%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~4.5%。实验表明,该方法适于日化品中二甘醇含量的检测。
Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to test the content of the diethylene glycol in daily commodity was established. First the sample was grinded by sea sand and dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, then was ultrasonic extracted for 20 min by methanol, at last directly detected after filtered. External standard method and the ion quantification were adopted. The linear relation of diethylene glycol was good during the concentration of 1.0 - 50.0 mg/kg, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4. The average recovery rate was 95.2% - 108.2 % when the concentration of 5 - 20 mg/kg was added, and the relative standard deviation was 2.2% - 4.5%. The experiment indicated that this method was applicable to test the content of the diethylene glycol in daily commodity.
