摘要
介绍了二噁英的组成、性质、来源、产生、危害及控制和国内外的先进治理技术。分析表明应采取的防治措施有:①实现垃圾的分类收集和分类处理,控制入炉垃圾成分;②利用"3T+E"技术,研制开发出适合我国国情的炉型,控制焚烧时二噁英的产生量;③采用烟气冷技术限制余热利用,避免燃烧后低温区二噁英的再合成;④尽早实现催化降解法的工业应用,逐步代替物理吸附法,以彻底去除尾气中的二噁英。
The composition, nature, source, harm of dioxin, especially control measures and domestic and international advanced treatment technologies had been introduced in the paper. The conclusion is that to solve the production and emission of dioxin in gas of waste incineration should take some measures as controlling the components of incineration waste based on waste sorted collection and treatment, controlling dioxin production by "3T + E", avoiding the resynthesis of dioxin in low temperature by fast quench technology and removal of dioxin in tail gas by catalytic degradation technology.
