随着CO2等温室气体排放越来越严重,全球变暖的问题已经是一个不争的事实。该调研报告从德州城区太阳能的使用现状着手,通过确凿的数据肯定了新能源的开发对发展低碳经济做出的巨大贡献。同时以燃料燃烧过程为线索,提出了切实可行的建议,为积极发展低碳经济,加快创建生态德州提供了理论基础。

With the CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions more and more serious,global warming is an indisputable fact.This investigation reports confirmed that the development of new energy had great contributions to low-carbon economy through the solid data based on present situation of solar energy use in Dezhou district.At the same time,fuel combustion as clue,practical proposals were given to develop a low-carbon economy actively and provide a theoretical basis to accelerate the creation of an eco Dezhou.
