摘要
轨道交通正在国内快速发展,但地铁建设对车站片区城市发展和地下空间开发利用触媒作用还没有充分发挥。本文对地铁工程与周边项目元素系统化建设存在的问题进行了分析,以触媒理论为指导,根据深圳地铁建设经验,从城市规划、系统项目元素建设、地下空间产权以及优惠政策等角度对如何发挥地铁建设触媒作用进行了研究,提出尝试性建议,可供城市规划、地铁建设以及地下空间项目审批等参考。
Rapid development of urban rail transit in China did not give full play to the catalytic role of metro construction for urban complex construction around metro station and underground space exploitation. The issues on the systematic construction of metro and surrounding projects are analyzed. According to catalytic theory and some ex- perience about metro construction in Shenzhen, the subject that how to bring into full play the catalytic role of metro construction is studied from the perspective of urban planning, construction of systematic project, underground property and preferential policy. Then, some suggestions are presented for urban planning, metro construction or approval of underground space projects.
