我国中部地区大中型工业企业知识产权竞争力实证研究

Empirical study on competitiveness of IP of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China's central region

构建了企业知识产权竞争力评价指标体系,采用2009年数据,运用突变级数法对我国30个省、自治区和直辖市的大中型工业企业知识产权竞争力进行了综合评价,并在此基础上对我国中部地区六省大中型工业企业知识产权竞争力进行了比较分析,指出了各省份的短板所在和提升策略,为各省份落实国家知识产权战略,增强我国大中型工业企业知识产权竞争力提供借鉴。

Establishing an evaluating indicator system of competitiveness of IP for enterprise, and using CPM and statistics of 2009 to do empirical study on the competitiveness of IP of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China＇s 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and according to the study outcome, comparison and analysis on the competitiveness of IP of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the 6 provinces of China＇s central region are made and shortages within and paths of ascension are pointed out, which can be used for reference for the implement of IP strategy and improvement of competitiveness of IP for large and Medium-sized enterprise.
