摘要
由于IC代工厂的选择受到诸多不确定性或模糊性的信息影响,在评价指标权重确定上,针对传统的层次分析法(AHP)权重确定方法的主观随意性等缺点,提出了三角模糊数方法。在此基础上,提出了建立三角模糊数和AHP综合的模糊评价方法,将IC代工厂的选择问题的定性和定量评价综合起来。将该方法运用到IC代工厂选择实例中,能为IC设计公司准确地选择合适的代工厂,具有广泛的应用前景。
As the selection of IC Foundry can be influenced by much uncertain or ambiguous information, in determination of factor weights, triangular fuzzy numbers are employed to solve the problem of subjective and against the shortcomings of traditional AHP weight determination methods. The paper establishes a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method that integrates triangular fuzzy numbers with AHP. The method offers qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the selection of IC foundry. The method is applied to select IC foundry, which can select appropriate IC Foundry accurately. So the method has a bright future.
