企业商业模式系统具有复杂适应性特征,从CAS理论出发对商业模式创新动力机制、实现机制和保障机制进行研究,指出企业主体与主体、主体与环境间的主动适应性行为是创新的主要动力,商业模式创新可以通过企业内外各主体的协同实现,商业模式创新的顺利实现需要转变企业组织学习方式、培养动态能力,实现利益共赢作为保障。

There is a system complex adaptive characteristic in the business model system. A research is conducted for the dynamic mechanism, realizing mechanism and guarantee mechanism for business model innovation, leading to the conclusions that the innovation driver comes from adaption between agents in or out of the business, and the synergy is the effective way to implement innovation. Also the successful business model innovation needs a support mechanism integrating with building learning organization, fostering dynamic capability and realizing win-win for the stakeholders.
