业务流程管理中建模方法比较研究

全球化市场竞争的时代,企业要想提高自身的竞争优势,有赖于业务流程效率的提高,于是出现了业务流程管理热潮。然而,作为一项支持流程管理的关键技术,流程建模方法还存在许多不完善的地方。从业务流程建模方法出发,对几种常用的建模方法先进行简单介绍后,选择3种经典的方法分别从研究现状、优缺点几方面对其进行着重分析,最后综合比较几种常用建模方法,提出ARIS建模方法将成为下一代流程管理的有力支撑工具。

In the era of global market competition, enterprises need to improve organization＇s efficiency to maintain their competitive advantages, thus giving birth to an upsurge of business process management. However, as a key technology to support business process management, process modeling methods have many imperfections. This paper starting from business process modeling methods, introduces several commonly used modeling methods firstly, and then exams three classic methods in detail, respectively from research status, advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the paper compares the several modeling methods, proposing ARIS method will be the powerful supporting tool of the next generation of business process management.
