提高纯绵针织物的吸湿快干性能

Improving moisture management property of cotton knits

采用防水整理调节纯棉织物里层纱线的亲疏水性能,并利用快干性、滴液铺展法、透湿量和散湿性等考察了防水整理对织物吸湿快干性能的影响。结果表明,用5~10 g/L防水剂DM-7500整理,所得织物的快干性提高而吸湿性下降。单独对里纱进行防水整理,织物里层与外层的吸湿性和快干性存在差别,透湿量测试证实其具有单向导湿功能;双珠地织物的散湿性更优于平纹织物。防水整理使织物的上染率和强力下降,防水剂用量应控制在5~10 g/L。

Hydrophobic property of the inner layer yarns of cotton fabric was improved by waterproof agents.Effect of waterproof agents on moisture-managing property of the fabric was investigated by methods of fast drying,droplet spreading,WVT and wet conductivity.The results showed that the inner layer yarns treated by 5~10 g/L waterproof agents,fast drying property increased while moisture absorption decreased.Moisture absorption and fast drying properties between inner layer and outer layer were different,and the former featured one-way moisture transportation.Lacoste fabric possessed better wet conductive property than that of plain cloth.The dose of waterproof agent was controlled in 5~10 g/L due to over dosage resulting in decreases of dyeing uptake and tensile strength.
