摘要
为了综合分析国产内燃机车直流牵引电动机的常见故障及其对电机可靠性的影响,建立了牵引电动机故障及原因Petri网模型。通过该模型完成了牵引电动机故障及原因的定量分析与排序,找出了影响牵引电动机可靠性的2个主要因素:一是来自轨道及传动齿轮啮合引起的机械振动;二是电机随使用年限的增长导致固有可靠性下降。这一结论对牵引电机生产厂家和运用部门提高牵引电动机的可靠性具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to comprehensive analyze common faults of DC traction motor for domestic diesel locomotive and its effect on the reliability of the motor, this paper established Petri net model of the fault and its reason of traction motor. The quantitative analysis and sorting of the failure and the reasons of the traction motor was completed through the models. Two major factors impacted on motor reliability had been founded out that the first one was the mechanical vibration caused by track and drive gears, the second one was the inherent reliability decreasing with growth of the motor's using life. This conclusion has a certain reference on the use of traction motor manufacturer and departments to improve the reliability of traction motor.
