The article analyses the nature,human factors and development history of eco-environmental degradation in the west of Jilin Province,points out the necessity and specific measures of taking the path to protective farming in the development of agricultural mechanization in this region,and puts forward the key to solving environmental problems is to speed up agricultural industrialization,urban development and the path of sustainable eco-city development.
